Islamic University Madinah Scholarship offers Multiple benefits
The Islamic University Madinah Scholarship offers several benefits to students. These include a free plane ticket upon admission and another free ticket at the end of each academic year, following specific guidelines. Students will receive a monthly allowance, with an extra allowance for those who achieve excellent grades.
Non-married students will have access to free furnished accommodation. Meals are available at the university restaurant for a small monthly fee. Students can also benefit from quality healthcare at the university hospital.
Additionally, the scholarship provides free daily transportation to and from the Prophet’s Mosque. There are also regular organized trips for ‘Umrah, the lesser pilgrimage. Lastly, students can use the social, training, and sports facilities available at the university.
Eligibility criteria for the Islamic University Madinah Scholarship
- Applicants must be in good physical and medical health.
- You need to be a male Muslim with good conduct.
- You must be between 17 to 25 years old for undergraduate programs.
- Students should be interested in completing their bachelor’s degrees and must follow the university’s rules and regulations.
- You need to hold a high school diploma (12 years of education) or an equivalent qualification for undergraduate programs.
- For master’s programs, you must have a bachelor’s degree or 16 years of education with a GPA of 3.75 out of 5.
- You must take a language test for the Master’s program.
- If you are from Gulf countries, you need at least 65 in the Post-Graduate General Aptitude Test (QIYAS), and the score must be within the last five years.
- If you are from outside Saudi Arabia, you need at least 130 in the GRE test (quantitative part), and the score must be within the last two years.
- You also need at least 450 in TOEFL-PBT or an equivalent score, within the last two years.
